First off, we have a feedback system to rate if that person did a good job covering your shift or not. So if you posted a shift and got 2 people interested in picking it up, you can see how well they have covered shifts in the past (sort of like how Ebay's rating system works). Also, we plan on automatically notifying your manager when an exchange takes place, that will forward that person's information to your manager. This way, managers will know exactly where the other person came from. For instance, if I was going to pick up a shift at store A, then the manager of store A will know exactly who I am, who my manager is, and when we plan on trading shifts.
